My October 2013

October was crazy busy, there just seemed to be so much going on! I wouldn't mind but I basically spent most of it at my desk studying and painting. I got a week off school though so that wasn't too bad.

This giant stack of prospectuses is on my desk right now, can't deal with this college lark. The CAO office (how to apply for college in Ireland) opens on November 5th and honestly I'm not able for it. There's too many choices and I just keep changing my mind constantly. I went to two open days and a careers exhibition this month. I've basically decided what I'll put down as my first choice, but don't even mention to me the other nine spaces on the CAO form.

This is the wall behind my desk right now. I decided to pin up any possibilities for the art portfolio that I'm not even sure I'll make anymore (decisions, decisions). I also have information for the college course that I'm putting as my number one, and some meditation beads which I must really start using again...

I've literally spent almost all of October studying, I'm dead from it. At least I got a bit of a break from it with the fact I've had the last week of October off (back to school on Monday *sobs hysterically*). I got to dress up and stuff for Halloween so that keeps me happy.

I'm after making a "To Watch" list of all the movies I need to watch (a separate blog post will follow about it!). I managed to tick off two movies off it so far, The Shawshank Redemption and Back To The Future! I also went to see Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2, it's too funny honestly I really recommend it. I might write a review for it.

I also got off my ass and gave in to the numerous teenage girls all over the internet that claim John Green is a god. I borrowed The Fault In Our Stars from a friend and finished it in two days. Honestly I can understand the hype and it was a beautiful book.
